Retries

When we receive a non-200 response from your webhook endpoint we will retry the failed event. All other events will be paused while we wait for the failed attempt to succeed. We will retry the event around 15 times over a period of about 8 hours. If the event has still not succeeded after this time we will disable your webhook and send you an email to notify you.

Even though the retry and automatic notification takes place you should be monitoring your own endpoint to track and alert on any downtime. We only notify you after 8 hours of being down, which is likely more downtime than any webhook endpoint should have.
